Hike St. Lucia’s Pitons
The Pitons in St. Lucia are stunning twin peaks that appear to jet up from the Caribbean Sea and they adorn many postcards in St. Lucia. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004, the mountains can be explored on foot while hiking. You can trek to the top of Gros Piton during a shore excursion. The pitons are volcanic plugs located on the southwestern coast of the island. Not to fret, these are both dormant. On the hike you’ll have the chance to interact with the local communities that call the Pitons home.
Explore Bustling Cartagena
Head out on a guided walking tour of Cartagena in the old town to learn about the historic port and fortress which is one of the best preserved in South America. The walls of Cartagena de Indias were erected over 400 years ago to defend the city when Spain colonized the city and stole goods from Colombia and sent the wealth to the Spanish crown from the ports of Cartagena.

Forts including the San Felipe Castle were erected to prevent Cartagena from being invaded by the English, French, or pirates. As you stroll the old city keep an eye out for ancient door knockers known as aldabas. After exploring, head out on a canoe to explore the mangroves or go into the jungle and submerge yourself in a mud volcano.

Dive in the Vibrant Waters of Antigua
Being an island in The Caribbean, it’s only natural that Antigua has incredible coral and aquatic life. Divers and snorkelers alike are enamored with the underwater world off the shores of Antigua. The island may be tiny, but its surrounding sea life is vast. Known as the island of 365 beautiful beaches, in the water you’ll encounter anemones, lobsters, eels, parrot fish, and more.
Popular spots for snorkeling include Dickenson Bay, just a 10-minute drive from the capital of St. John, with crystalline water. Rent a kayak or a paddleboard to get out to Paradise Reef for the best snorkeling. Or go to Deep Bay and snorkel around the Wreck of the Andes, a three-masted sailboat that sank in 1905. Also, visit the shallow reef of Long Bay beach and the rocky coves of Half Moon Bay.

With over 30 years in the travel industry, I’ve built my career around one core belief: travel should feel personal, meaningful, and effortless. I design experiences for couples, romantic escapes, multi-generational families, and curious explorers who want more than a reservation. They want connection, discovery, and memories that last long after the trip ends. Some of my most meaningful moments weren’t about the destination itself, but about traveling with my children and the uninterrupted time we shared together. That perspective shapes how I plan for my clients. The right trip isn’t just about where you go, it’s about how you feel while you’re there. My approach is highly personalized and conversation-driven. I value real connection, so we’ll talk through your vision and I’ll thoughtfully match you with destinations, accommodations, and experiences that truly fit. I focus on simplifying the process and removing stress so planning feels easy, organized, and exciting. In addition to c ...
