Go Slowly

Take a thoughtful approach to the world when you sail with Oceania Cruises.
The world’s most compelling destinations feel like a second home when you travel slowly and mindfully. With Oceania Cruises, three styles of excursions bring you closer to the experiences you love while guiding you deeper into the local ways of life.

Oceania Cruises’ groundbreaking CULINARY DISCOVERY TOURS™ appeal to all culturally curious travelers—not just the food obsessed. Join a chef‑instructor from the ship’s culinary center in the markets of Greece, shopping for ingredients and preparing for your cooking class by sampling dishes in a local taverna. In Belfast, learn to forage for coastal ingredients like mussels and oysters in the shadow of the Mourne Mountains before enjoying a seafood feast.
Designed for foodies, led by locals, FOOD & WINE TOURS always have an expert point of view. Join sommeliers, chefs and wine experts to go behind the scenes of the most exquisite culinary journeys. A day of exploration might include sipping Super Tuscans in a medieval village or touring an estate in Provence before sitting down for a leisurely wine-paired gourmet lunch.

With more than 120 global shore excursions to choose from, GO LOCAL TOURS invite you into the mix of communities. Immerse yourself in the dreamy landscapes of the Netherlands as you bicycle alongside the residents who travel like this on a daily basis. Learn about farm life in Bilbao when you attend a shepherd’s school and learn the tricks of the trade while sampling Idiazabal sheep’s milk cheese.

Every Oceania Cruises voyage has a way of tapping into your passions to forge new connections with the world around you. To enhance your experience, your cruise includes dining in a variety of specialty restaurants, nonalcoholic beverages, wellness activities, and gratuities. Reach out to us to book your voyage and we’ll also help plan and reserve your shore excursions.
