While visiting Mexico City don’t miss the chance to rise with the sun over the ancient Sun and Moon Pyramids at Teotihuacán. Flying above the massive pyramids puts into perspective the enormity of the UNESCO Heritage Site which was one of the largest cities in Mesoamerica with at least 25,000 inhabitants in the 7th century AD. Most tour operators include guided visits to the City of the Gods after the flight for an additional fee.

Queen Hatshepsut was forbidden to be buried in the Valley due to her gender so she built her tomb on the backside of the Valley.
