From chefs unleashing the latest trends in desserts of all kinds, to the work of eternal classicists who developed the baba au rhum, eclairs, the Paris-Brest and more, your sweet tooth will delight as you learn about seasonal ingredients, varieties of vanilla, and the latest craze for marshmallows, meringues and domed cakes.
