Our 1,750 sq. ft. waterfall creek view cottage, Eucalyptus, is located along the San Ysidro Creek that runs on the eastern side of the ranch property, features polished oak floors, Persian rugs, Italian linens, and two curved 40-65” flat HDTVs. The palatial bathroom has a unique antique filled vanity area, free standing claw foot tub, crystal chandelier, and a complete array of Bamford amenities. Quaint French doors lead to a private deck featuring an outdoor rainfall shower, and steaming hot tub. This cottage has private parking, and an adorable old-fashioned porch entrance.

This is owner Ty Warner's 2,500 sq. ft. signature villa which is outfitted to recall a lush European home and is the Ranch's crown jewel. It has two master bedrooms with plush four poster canopy king size beds with Italian linens, custom stone fireplaces. The palatial living room also has a fireplace, magnificent hand selected antiques and a formal dining area that opens onto a huge furnished terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean with views of the Santa Barbara and Channel Islands. The residence includes private heated 33 foot swimming pool, barbeque facilities and outdoor rainfall shower with steaming sunken hot tub. Entrance hall features unique Chinese decor and gorgeous powder room.  Two large baths, built in vanities, crystal chandeliers, and a view of secluded gardens out of a large window next to the oversized tub.
