8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is home to the celebrated 8100’ Mountainside Bar & Grill, resting at the base of the Haymeadow Express Gondola with patio heaters and luxurious views of the mountain range. This guest favorite invites you to explore bold Rocky Mountain flavors made from sustainable, thoughtfully sourced ingredients including seasonal elk, beef, and trout. You will be delighted to partake in an ever-changing selection of Colorado’s refined beer selection, world renowned wines, and craft cocktails.

Relax after a full day of exploring by enjoying a hearty meal from an American Fare menu featuring local, natural, and organic dishes. The Chef has created a menu that captures smoke-infused flavors befitting the mountain surroundings. The bar menu features a seasonal lineup of local microbrews, wines, and spirits.

Powder 8 - Winter Seasonal

Ideally situated at the base of Beaver Creek Resort’s new high-speed Centennial Combination lift, the cozy restaurant features contemporary rustic fare, dramatic mountainside views and daily live entertainment. The space, formerly McCoy’s Café & Bar, includes a fresh re-design complete with a new fire pit, inlaid brick oven and full service bar.

The restaurant – open for breakfast, lunch and après – offers elevated, fresh options made using all-natural ingredients. The menu offers mountain favorites reinterpreted with a sophisticated modern flair, from the handcrafted pulled pork and ham sandwich to the baked sweet potato made with caramelized onions, melted Brie, roasted pear and blueberry balsamic jam. In the taproom, the food is complemented with an array of après ski toddies, local Colorado brews, hand-crafted cocktails and fine wines at the bar.

Seating is available both indoors and outside by the fire pit, where there will be daily live music from Shannon Taylor against the scenic mountain backdrop of Beaver Creek Mountain. The restaurant also offers a kids menu and grab-and-go options for take-out.

Fall Line Market

Fall Line Market is a 24-hour Epicurean Market stocked with salads, sandwiches, pastries, hot coffee and espresso. You may also bring home a token from the mountains created by local artisans. Located in the lobby near hotel registration.
