All deluxe rooms are 364 square feet. Deluxe rooms have either one king bed or two queen beds. Bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

Luxury Suite

All Suites are 800 square feet and one bedroom with either one king bed or two twin beds, a living room, TV and DVD in both the bedroom and the living room, two bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and the other with a stall shower), washer, dryer and small refrigerator.

A most popular option, Lunch & Learn in the Demo Kitchen allows guests to watch the entrée of the day be prepared by our capable and entertaining Demo Chefs. The appeal of this venue is the vast nutrition and cooking information imparted during each meal preparation. A nutiritonist is on hand to answer any questions. Salad bar, beverages and dessert complete the main selection.

Culinary Rebel™

Chic, urban casual setting offering à la carte service daily. With its vibrant atmosphere, exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Great Lawn, Culinary Rebel™ is the perfect option for a light meal or a tasty snack between classes. Offering locally sourced ingredients, a wide selection of juices, smoothies and espresso drinks.

  • Breakfast – 7 to 10 a.m.
  • Lunch – 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dinner – 5 to 8 p.m.

Culinary Rebel™ on the Lawn

Culinary Rebel™ on the Lawn is situated next to the Bellefontaine Mansion and overlooking the Great Lawn. Communal tables are situated under a beautiful trellis offering shade and opportunity to connect with other guests. Healthy barbecue and fresh salad menu options.

  • Offers seasonal outdoor lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Canyon Ranch Grill™

The dining experience at Canyon Ranch is as warm and thoughtfully designed as the food itself, with a wealth of healthy choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is made from scratch with whole, fresh foods and ingredients that are sourced from local farms and purveyors. Reservations are suggested for dinner, with a slightly more formal atmosphere than Culinary Rebel™

  • Breakfast – 7:30 to 9 a.m.
  • Lunch – Noon to 2 p.m.
  • Dinner – Reserved seating from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Reservations suggested.
