You can play at the newly enhanced River Ranch, where you’ll find pools for kids and adults, courts for tennis and pickleball, and tailored programming for everyone—toddlers to teens, parents to grandparents, singles to couples. You can do it all, or take some “me time” and do nothing at all.
It’s a new era for The Ranch, but our 500-acre playground is a throwback of sorts, a reminder of why we travel in the first place—to share experiences, to explore and discover, to make memories together.

The Market & Creamery
The Market at Carmel Valley Ranch is a hub, a space to gather, discover, and taste that takes its inspiration from the bounty of the surrounding landscape. Here, the cheese comes from our very own goats and the honey is made just steps away in an apiary buzzing with activity. It's all orchestrated by our artisans-in-residence—world-renowned gardener Mark Marino, beekeeper Chris Riley, and others—who host entertaining tastings and illuminating demonstrations. Grab an espresso, socialize over wine and beer, or sample hand-crafted treats grown and made on site—this is one market where nobody's in a rush to check out.
