Get ready to feast—Virgin Voyages adds to its already elevated culinary options.

With more than 20 included eateries on board and menus by Michelin-starred chefs, the adults-only (ages 18-and-older) Virgin Voyages continues enhancing its award-winning dining as its fourth ship Brilliant Lady makes her debut this month. And it doesn’t stop there—they are turning up the flavor across the entire fleet, with an irresistible lineup of fresh dining experiences guaranteed to thrill every palate.

Award-Winning Dining

Among its many awards, Virgin Voyages has won such accolades for its food as “Best Cruise Ship for Dining” with Resilient Lady noted as number one in “USA Today 10 Best Cruises 2025”. Cruise Critic – Cruisers’ Choice Awards 2024 and 2023 designated Virgin Voyages as “Best Dining – Large Ship Category.” Guests—or sailors as you are called on Virgin Voyages—dine where you want when you want (reservations strongly encouraged) with all restaurants included in the price of the cruise.

An array of options includes steak and seafood, Mexican, Italian, Korean BBQ, Mediterranean, Chinese, Spanish, and vegetarian venues. Plus, the multi-course small plates meal at The Test Kitchen is an experience for true foodies. The Galley food hall offers a selection of pastries, paninis, burgers, tacos, sushi, noodles, soups, salads, and a 24-hour American diner. There is also a made-to-order pizza place and gelato that are not-to-miss.

“Dazzling” New Restaurants

Rojo by Razzle Dazzle is the newest Virgin Voyages dining choice and can be found exclusively on Brilliant Lady. Set in Razzle Dazzle, the space transforms at night into Rojo, an elevated dining experience offering Spanish cuisine designed by celebrated chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart. The menu offers both large dishes and small plates (tapas and pintxos) for sharing and a drink menu featuring cava and Spanish-inspired cocktails.

During the day, Razzle Dazzle continues to offer its bottomless brunch and menu favorites with a few new Spanish-American dishes. Last fall, Razzle Dazzle on Scarlet Lady debuted its own new evening concept. With a Chinese-inspired menu, craft cocktails, and a new design featuring intimate, lounge-style booths, Lucky Lotus offers a choice of starters, main dishes, desserts, teas, and coffees.

New Menus to Try

Many of Virgin Voyages’ existing restaurants are adding to sailors’ favorites with new menu items. Extra Virgin, the ships’ Italian trattoria, is offering more than 20 new items on the menu such as new pastas, vegan arancini, seafood risotto, Alaskan King crab legs, gorgonzola crusted New York steak, and roasted monkfish. At Gunbae, a social, interactive Korean BBQ experience, the more than 15 new dishes include small bites, rice/noodles/stews, BBQ grill, and soft serve and sweets choices such as shrimp kimbap rolls, bulgogi, and kimchi jeon.

Eat & Drink Fest 2026

Virgin Voyages is moving its annual fleetwide Eat & Drink Festival from July to September in 2026 for those who want to celebrate food and beverage and make it even more a part of their cruise experience. All four Virgin Voyages ships will show off their best in culinary extravagance with events and exclusive pop-ups that highlight the cruise line’s superior offerings. The details for next year are still in the works but a rep for the cruise line says it should include the restaurants showcasing specialty dishes, cooking demonstrations, immersive cocktail programming, and an exciting takeover in The Galley.
